If you made a good decision we will tell you. If not, our documents may be helpful in getting your money back. A retail replacement value is used when verifying most purchases. Branded items, designer pieces or items purchased in major tourist areas are researched accordingly.
• Estate Settlement - Fair market value is most often used for the purpose of settling an estate, for donation or to assist heirs with concerns over equitable distribution. • Liquidation - Both short and long term liquidation values can be used for bankruptcy or if you are in financial need. Under these circumstances documents are not always required. Individual discussion is important for all appraisals.
