With our 30-day return policy you can be sure that you made a good decision.
It's simple really. Your happiness is the most important issue.
Hopefully, we've done our job well and you won't need to send anything back.
If you must return something, this is what you have to do:
1 Call.
2 Pack.
3 Insure.
4 Send.
Here's the "how to"...Call 1-800-979-2210 and get a Return Authorization. Package it in an intelligent manner so that it won't be damaged or stolen. Insure the package properly. Request a return receipt for confirmation and put the return authorization code on the outside of the box.
Here's the "what NOT to do"...don't put something on the outside of the package that clues anyone into the fact that it has valuable contents. And don't forget to enclose EVERYTHING that we shipped to you. Oh, and don't alter or damage it before you send it back. We want you to be happy but it's not easy for us to sell it when it's been worn, damaged or altered. Capice? Understand? And, the last thing on the "not to do" list...don't fret, just call...you will find us to be rather helpful and genuinely concerned.
If the package is lost or stolen, call the carrier and get your insurance money...we aren't responsible for that situation, sorry.
